Please review an update from our PCNP Board Representative

Hello All, 

I wanted to make everyone aware, Senator Stefano for Somerset, Fayette, Bedford and Westmoreland  Counties, is the chair for the licensure committee in the PA State Senate. He was an early Cosponser for SB 25 but he is now dragging his feet. He is worried about PA Med. He is not going to put SB 25 out for a vote. We currently have 29 Senators who are co sponsors of the bill and it would pass. There are about equal numbers of  Republicans and  Democrats that are Cosponsors.  We need our Laurel Highlands NP to call, visit and write to him. If you know of any agency, or group that can also speak up for us would be great.
