Certified Nurse Midwife New

A recognized health services company in New Jersey is seeking a new Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) to join their growing inpatient team.

About the Opportunity:

• Schedule: 3 days a week
• Hours: 12-hour shifts

Responsibilities:

• Provide midwifery services to inpatients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care for antepartum, intrapartum, postpartum, and newborn patients.
• Care for women in active labor, support physiologic birth, assist with comfort and positioning, and monitor labor progress
• Respond to triage needs and cover labor & delivery as needed
• Provide patient education and support families throughout the birth process
• Perform other duties, as needed

Qualifications:

• Master's or Doctoral Degree in Nurse-Midwifery from an accredited program
• Current national certification by the American Midwifery Certification Board (AMCB)
• Licensure to practice as a Certified Nurse Midwife in New Jersey.
• Basic BLS/ACLS certification
• Neonatal Resuscitation Provider (NRP) certification
